Best time to trade, what sessions, and what pairs?

Hello, I have just come back to learning forex and everything is a bit spotty for me. Can I ask the following:

1. There are three trading sessions, is there a TRO indi and any other out there to graphically see it easier in MT4?

2. For each session, what currency pairs should I be concentrate on to catch "a trend". I know TRO, no such thing

3. Not that I am into news trading, where is a decent place to keep up with financial releases? Any indi I can use?

4. I've forgotten what is the formula for calc risk per position size and stop loss, TRO style?
