Hello , I am a little slow , could you please explain your method and bias ..thank you ..

Method simple. Mark off high and low of 8:00 EST New York 1h bar. Upload Tro 3 level zz semafor indicator. Trade against 3ball from yesterday - so today 3 ball on 1h chart was up top giving a short bias. Enter trade at break of trigger line. and look for as much as you want. I like 1-2 points.

Hi dchappy, just bare in mind that Wanna is trading futures and the charts I have posted are uk spread-betting company charts for the ''US500''. The same but different.

Also, as noted, he is using the 08:00 NY bar as a trigger and mine is 12:00-13:00 (noon) uk time, which equates to the 07:00-08:00 bar ny time.
