was this a a valid trade?
BLUE arrow - daily open
RED arrow - 20 pip zone from daily open
BLACK arrow - entering on high of previous candle
question:
is this ok enter trade when signal for enter is out of zone?
according to rules we should only enter in 20 pip zone, right?
should I skip this trade?

I can't tell.
Why aren't you using the TRO_RAT_ZONE indicator??
If you entered in the zone in the proper direction then it should work out.
Yes, only enter in the zone to have statistics on your side.

Rat Reversal is just one way to enter a RAT ZONE trade. In this case, a H1 HOLO may have been a better entry.
