Exegy Launches Fifth Generation of Market Data Appliances

Exegy, a provider of market data, announced today that it launched the fifth generation of its Exegy appliances. The latest generation offers a suite of new features and builds upon the fourth generation to further reduce market data event latency of the Exegy Ticker Plant and Exegy Market Data System.

The fifth generation appliance will be able to leverage new capabilities. The Exegy Ticker Plant will expand the capacity to distribute normalised data to up to 200 applications. The appliance achieves this via TCP and Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) protocols.
