Help with Neoticker

Hi guys,

I have been a tradestation user for years (constantly being disappointed) and I shut my account down on the spot last week when they did some stuff that I couldn't believe. So now I have to start over (I have programmed a bunch of stuff in TS, most importantly to me being my scans and strategy) and I am trying to use Neoticker. I leased Neoticker last year and ran into some issues with slowness and data issues (using IQFeed) which stopped me from making the switch then.

Would anyone who has used Neoticker for some time be willing to chat with me on skype or the phone? I have a bunch of questions that are kind of lengthly to write out.
