I trade at MBT demo now and have two questions:
1. when I put market order, there is no possibility to put SL/TP. the window is grey. Is this ok with MBT?
2. when I put pending order, for example buy, I would like the order be triggered at bid price (when ask price is a little bit higher). Is this possibile? Or should I add probable spread, but it changes all the time.
