This is what I'm thinking . . .
I'm still trying to find my bearings on a Renko chart:
- the range is already known, it's $1000.
- the slope is $100/day.
- the time anchor is always the start of a day.
- the price anchor, the middle line, gives us a clue as to the direction of the channel.
- we are not trying to contain price forever but determine where it might be contained for 2 or 3 days.

Macro-Pip / "Large chart scalping"
These Renko boxes are what one might call a "macro-pip", you are basically counting R's instead of counting pips (these are sometimes also referred to as 'lines').
The shaded area is a unit of risk that is dedicated to a particular market:
- you only need one unit of risk + margin to trade a market
- start at 20-50% size until you gain OPM. . .
20% size gives you 20 mpips to work with, 50% size gives you 8.
- with enough OPM you can trade at "maximum size for maximum ride".
While +45 pips and +9 mpips is the same amount of money it is not the same in the human mind:
with mpips every scale is just a 'minute chart' whereas if you count pips you are lost when you move to greater scales as you must deal with increasingly larger numbers.
What is your total account value? forget about it, it doesn't matter. . .
treat each market as a separate account and 'open' each account by allocating just enough money to trade it.

Re: NCA 2: THE CHARTBOOK
Man, i was thinking about revisiting Renko and you beat me to it.
What I like about Renko is it doesn’t consider time at all. It’s whether it’s moving up or down, Big or small.
It’s 2022 and neither MT4 nor 5 has a default Renko chart smh…

I haven't used Mt4 in over a decade, but I know that there are Renko indicators that you can download.
I do often wonder why these charting packages don't include P&F, Renko, and Kagi charts, . . .
I mean they've been around for hundreds of years

Re: NCA 2: THE CHARTBOOK
When you're not sure, just drop a range. Let's start with 3 cents. . .
the bricks are 0.125 cents:
PS: the Algo has a 5.75% APY so I'll break 25k Algo without buying more.
What to do with the remaining 1/10 Bitcoin. . .maybe I'll just keep it, IDK.

Re: NCA 2: THE CHARTBOOK
There is nothing to report, we're just sloshing around 11 cents.
So far we're outperforming BTC with a roughly equal token split between Algo and GRT. . .
and I think that the upside is at least double.
