Just wondered if you had considered using the Traders Trick Entry?

Also, just curious as to the MA setting you decided on...are there different considerations when using Renko Bars?

Cheers

The 1-2-3 pattern can be found in trending or range-bound conditions ..

Due to limited hours I am taking small bites out of the market ...

10 pip stop loss and 10 pip targets , 2-3 trades and quit for the day ...

Hi dchappy,

Ive been reading your other thread also and im kinda hesitating when taking some of the set-ups.....perhaps you can help :D

The hesitation being DIVERGENCE

I find myself reluctant to pull the trigger because i see divergence and hence miss out on perfectly good trades which are good for maybe 10-15 pips...
please advise and also you are still on 5 renko with this....

I think its a case of dis-regard all else and trade what i see for 10 pips a pop :D

Hi dchappy,

This is what i meant but i guess its pointless taking notice of this on such a small TF as you alluded to :D

I will just have 3 renko and 50 sma as filter and take everything else off my chart i think :P and just trade what i see

I can only trade from 15:00 gmt through to approx midnight/01:00 gmt
looking to make approx 30/40 pips,is this feasable with this method in those hours you think??

TIA

Yes , I would leave the macd off for now ..

How about this .. set your chart to 3 renko with the 50 ma..

Remove macd and the Semafor indy ..

Then mark the 1-2-3's that you see and re-post the chart here ..see what we discover......also if you would ..draw on your chart the hrs you are able to trade ....Thx
