NINJA PLATFORM

Postby dchappy » Mon Jun 01, 2009 10:12 pm

This is the simple set-up that I learned from listening to TRO .
Basically it is DTB displayed on the Ninja Platform (thus with out TRO indicators ). When price moves outside the channel it becomes a semafore . I added the "squiggly" ( CCI) just because old habits are hard to break ,but honestly it is probably not needed . This pattern gives me my daily goal 4 out of 5 days if I am patient and wait for it to form .

Thank You TRO, Drain-em.....Chappy

Hi Walt : There is no code . These are the default indicators on Ninja .
You can see the settings I use on the chart , but don't get caught up into thinking that these are magical parameters . You can adjust the numbers to fit your "style" and they will work just as well . The GOLDEN nugget that I have learned from Tro is that price travels from a high to a low & back . Zig & Zag...simple right ? The channel (semafore ) just tells us to "get ready a change is a comin ". The CCI is just a trigger for me . Macd,Stoch,MA crosses, Psych lines ,almost anything would probably work . They are only a point at which to jump into the trade after the semafore appears . I was once an indicator junkie ...Tro has shown me that simpler is better ......Trade well....Chappy

Sometimes the semifore will keep moving in a strong trend . I got greedy. Price traveled to mid-channel for about 20 pips ,but I held for more and Price said "Sorry friend , No more !". I got out when it went above the last swing high . At -20 pips I quit for the day . Tomorrow is a new day ...Chappy
