I recommend anyone to do thorough research on any broker they are considering, that link of yours is shite :P. I personally wouldn't use any of 'em.

Look at all the trouble Alpari has gotten into. Lots of people waiting for the monies...

I agree with seedling, it's vital that we do proper research instead of joining any company just because someone RECOMMENDED IT! I am joined under FreshForex and really like it all for all reasons especially Bonus. But, I NEVER recommend it to anyone; I simply suggest it because it’s not my money but others, so it’s their duty (responsibility) to check things clearly.
