The crux of the matter is that financial markets are a different/unique problem than other types of mathematical problems...

Just be cautious not to spend too much time on it, unless you are already profitable and just bored :)

To this day, I've never been able to apply it to financial markets though. I
still keep it in the back of my mind as a potential tool, but have yet to apply it
where it would actually make sense (as in cents) :)

Are you familiar with the flower of life?

No,

I just read a little about it:

"The flower of life is a geometrical shape composed of multiple evenly-spaced, overlapping circles arranged in a flower like pattern with six fold symmetry like a hexagon. The perfect form, proportion and harmony of the FOL has been known to philosophers, architects and artist around the world."

It is interesting and might have significance outside the financial markets.

As far as applying it to the financial markets, IMO, the market could care less about it.

There are no magical numbers, shapes, patterns, etc., for markets...

If an idea doesn't positively IMPACT our accounts, than we MUST toss it out, no matter how cool it may be :)

I couldn't agree more, but I must retort that it is a shape containing all other shapes in existence. That being said, it must be relevant XD
