So from what you explained parlay is a method similar to what I call risk gearing. ICT calls it speed of money. MO had a few versions, Space being one of them, pip cushion was another version.

Im also not sure why some people don't understand that Trading is betting/gambling. Its skill based like poker but still gambling. Its also the reason MO told me to read a poker book.

At the end of the day I prefer Trading over poker, sports betting. Or horses. Unless its deadhorses

I just google searched the word for it's definition and those are what popped up.
Yup, SpaceBalls, Eights, and many others, even 3 and flee. LOL

Is someone who counts cards gambling?
If so, why do they get banned for life?

I'd say MightyOne and ICT are not gamblers.
When I was a maint man for 25 yrs it wasn't a gamble when a repair was done and later failed.
When we made boxes in production we not only had bad boxes but also bad orders.
I wouldn't call it a gamble just because the company sometimes failed to produce perfect product.

Trading can be gambling the way I've played the game.
ALL ON RED!
For successful traders I'd say NO.

Just because a poker player. Card counter, or trader is good doesn't mean its not gambling.

If it wasn't gambling why would you manage risk.

A slot machine might have a 90% payout. Since it has a higher probability of getting paid. Does that make it not gambling?

I'm risking $100 and have an expectation of making $100 75% of the time..
Apply that statement to football, soccer, a poker hand, a trade, dice roll.

1b and 2

SH!T !!!!
I guess you are right.
Looking at the statement above I'd say ur losing money if we only get to make $100 75% of the time and risk $100 every time.
Maybe I read that wrong.

I never said MO and ICT are gamblers, pro. I think the concepts have similarities. Not the mechanisms. If you think otherwise, fine, I have no problem and I have no intention to change your mind either. I merely responded to a question and presented an idea that I used, nothing more. Upon getting a response from you, I only tried to explain further, nothing beyond that. Not trying to sell anything either. You use your style, and everyone else theirs :)

I'll have to go back sometime this weekend and read all ur scribbles. I couldn't get through it all, I prefer the txt.
Maybe use the T symbol and add those to the chart.

I'm gonna have to pull out the magnifying glass to go along with my readers, WTF is it with 52 yrs old and eyes getting janky? Maybe I need TRT? LOL

For me it's simple, any number in a trading account is up for the market to grab because we can still lose some of it in a trade. Unless you have 100% win rate forever. What you already have in your bank account is what's truly yours. Well, unless the government seizes it  That is probably the reason why MO wrote this in Alias' thread Beats a "Dead Horse":

post78675?sid=18a71faa2fa7d628e4eb513e224711f2#p78675

I prefer something more like this:

$1000 into $10000: check for $8750
$1250 into $12500: check for $10937
$1560 into $15600: check for $10600 (67.95%)
$5000 into $50000: check for $43750 (87.5%)
$6250
$7800
$25000
etc
[/quote]

Those MoFo's.

Cancel culture, They are doing it right now to Russians and can/will do it to anyone on the planet that doesn't fall in line.

But what about Bidens' son? He got off with the $$$$

F'd up world we live in.

My Dad made a statement the other day that was thought provoking.

Clinton went into office worth X came out with XXX. (Like literally, hehehe)
Obama went into office worth X came out with XXX.
Trump went into office worth $3 Billion and exited with $2.1 Billion.
Biden, friggin 50yrs of money flowing into his pockets........... LOL

PRO is from Texas. He probably has a big truck with an even bigger American flag.

All I know is when Trump was in office I went on my daily life no problem. This current administration has me mad and nervous. Its not even a democratic thing. Its the fact that the ratical left has so much influence over the party. I'd feel the same if the radical right influenced the administration as much. The radical anything is bad for the USA.
