As and when I'm ready to trade for real I will open an account with about $300 ish and will be scalping as per TROs 'NEVER LOSE AGAIN' strategy.

I just want to know if I'm starting with the right broker/software etc.

I'm using Oanda for trading (practice only for now!) and MT4 for charting.

On the charts I want to keep it simple. I am using

TRO supressHHLL
TRO multimeter candle colour
Magnified market price

I will use the EZ H1 and D1 big arrows(cant remember what they're called) when I can afford to donate to TRO.

Am I doing ok so far please?

You need the SWEETSPOT GOLD indicator to draw the horizontal lines.

Follow TRO's advice (if you need to search for something), go to google and type "SWEETSPOT GOLD indicator", press enter - you'll get

In fact, you need only very first page, which is

to grab mq4 code for some SweetSpots GOLD.mq4 indicators.

Suprisingly, search on kreslik forum itself will give you bunch of
pages, which has no relation at all to SWEETSPOT GOLD, but maybe related to words SWEET or GOLD (or whatever), so I don't know for sure (yet), whether TRO's version of this indicator exists or not.
