First Post - LONG TIME LURKER

Post by jcelano »

Hello everyone!

After lurking about for months, I am finally getting around to my first post; like so many others, I am finally "SEEING" what price is doing and wanted to post a couple charts for your perusal and thoughts.

Please note that these charts are based on a ZLine trade I just took for a few pips profit - which then went on to make a HUGE profit!

My intention is not so much "profit" per se as I am trading on a demo (after playing ass-grab with a few live micro accounts and letting greed destroy them), rather I am concentrating SOLELY on identifying entry and exit points.

It's funny, after reading through all the pages of NLA I almost feel like I KNOW each of you who post regularly...like sitting in the back of the class for a few months and never participating but watching an learning....

Special thanks to ES/PIP who pissed in my punch via PM and helped me to SEE :D

:EDIT: CHARTS POSTED IN REVERSE ORDER....sorry about that

GREAT CEASAR'S GHOST, look what happened! No matter, I'm happy to leave some pips on the table until I identify my exits for higher profit

Definately need to stop scalping..... + 5 pips at 50% Bull MOMO + BO point- but Sell momo was considerable as well.

Although H4 is bullish, think its time for a uptrend now.

Hey Pro...

I'm on VISTA which has a "Snipping Tool" you can use to capture the screen into .jpg format.

Alternatively you can google "snippy" and use that program...either work great but "snippy" doesn't work on Vista so I use the one that's built in...

Hope that helps...

I just made a stupid loser last friday but before that i had a strike of 127 winners in a row. I do not trade as much as ES/PIP but i try to catch the big ones. I try to trade where there is a possibility of 100 pips (read space betwoon the mozones on H4)

damn!!!!!!!!! that is impressive stuff Dragon

lol---- i trade way too much :D

i always have at least a couple b/e a day if not a couple losers --- but i am playing for the little ones and the big ones---- taking my scalps here and there until i catch on on the h4

i am getting more patient, but still have some work to do ---obviously

being introduced to trading via scalping stocks still haunts my trigger finger

:D

Most of my trading is from the H4 or higher. When i have some spare time i still scalp my way up from H1 or smaller. The down, up, down or up, down, up combinations with the same bodysize on H1 are very strong because most of the times that's the place where a BO starts. It is nice when you are able to catch that run from the bottom (= almost every time near the 100 pip)
When you catch that on H4 we are talking about 200 pip or more. I only do this on GU.

I only trade other pairs from the weekly chart with smaller lotsize and bigger stop and try to stay in for a week or longer. Maybe i will post some trades of that in the future
Trading is like cycling, first you need to learn how.
Two options: you either lose or win!
