You could have tried to be a smart ass and pick the turn.
Maybe it was even a "demand" zone at larger order stack level.

You could have dropped to an m5 chart showing new Momentum and entered out of there on m1 using the same methodology as the trade above.

But why?

JUST WAIT.

There are many methods that could have got you long out of this low, Many in my brain even.
But at some point you've got to quit running around like a chicken with your head cut off.

If you want MORE pips, use a larger slice (time slice) of the pie to get em'

There are MANY things to consider while trading and just as es/pip said. Screen time is crucial and having a "feel" for what others are/are not doing plays a huge roll as a discretionary trader.

Time of day such as London close reversal.
Big figures(round #'s)
Sup/Dem area's
and a million other things.
