Mira, you had 3 profit weeks and 1 loss week.
If you use Eights your result was very favorable for you.

When I read this ppst of your. I remember a MO's words.
"You need to believe that a loss is not a reflection of your skill as a trader"

Thank you Elkin!

Yes I surely would be up using EIGHTS!
The problem is that lately I hadn’t so much time to trade on my PC, so I had to use my phone for most of my trades..
I tried to use the fibo tool to recreate EIGHTS on my phone but... you can imagine

Why use trendlines. Is not enough horizontal lines?

Just Trade It (JTI)

I was explaining to Mira my thought process for drawing trend lines that intersect with dchappy's trade signals...

I am not an educator, guru, or whatever ICT is; anything that I say is just me expressing what is important to me, the ideas that I utilize, and I offer you nothing more than that.

Sometimes I feel like Santa: one minute you are just an old man making toys for children in your spare time and the next minute you're an elf with magical powers.

I have read many post here in Kreslik. I have noticed that many of members that today are a great traders once time in their life. They wrote here that they don understand anything. They felt they didn't see anything. Suddenly they start to feel winners. I could read Dragon33 and Dojirock and they wrote almost the same words of disappointment. Hehe.

I already have felt in this way. Lost! But ever trying go head!!!

Mmm.. is a chopstick trendline that you are showing me?

Btw I was in that short (M30 level/H4 WD in a H4 Momo breakout) but my stop was too close to the current PA. #-o

Thanks for the beautiful charts and the help given MO :D

You can fudge what I'm about to say a bit but this is the gist of it:

1. your first chopstick will be outside of the pivot that breaks the tightest trend line.
2. there should be roughly a 10 to 15 degree difference between the first and second chopstick
3. there should be a 'noodle' between the chopsticks.

This is useful to spot continuation trades (2 SMA is between the chopsticks) and judge reversals (noodle or 2 SMA slips out of the chopsticks).

This is very similar to the idea of 'speed lines', this is just the way that I imagine it.

Thanks MO!
Finally I think I’m getting and idea of what you're talking about.
Not easy.. the process is clear but identifying the first chospistick is crucial, and I don’t know if I’m seeing it.

All that you are doing is making a V around the 40 SMA HL/2

Just realized that MO is a genius

Ok it's not a news :D but if I’m not misunderstanding then the average move of a pair is two lines on all the timeframes (per timeframe).

Therefore:

If I trade off a MN extreme and I start from a H1 chart then I could make an average of 32 lines with a risk of 2
