What would your ideal Prime Broker look like?

I have been tasked with building a new PoP desk along the lines of the more traditional definition. I have an idea of what is missing or overpriced in the market right now from my time working for small HFT firms. I would be keen to hear from others though, what they think is missing from the current market offerings. Although there are a lot of Primes out there I believe only a handful offer an actual PoP service.
