Following coverage of ATC Brokers’ US-based Avail Trading Corp (ATC) chapter 11 filings as explained by Finance Magnates yesterday, an update to the story follows as the company has prepared a statement to clients and that it first shared with us via email, and as we mentioned in yesterday’s post as the news was released.
