Playtech Shuffles Remuneration Committee, Elevates John Jackson as its Chairman

Playtech (LSE: PTEC) has undergone a new change to its Board, culminating in the appointment of Non-Executive Director, John Jackson, as the newest Chairman its Remuneration Committee, who steps into the role with immediate effect, according to a recent regulatory filing by the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
The elevation of Mr. Jackson will effectively serve as the replacement for Non-Executive Director, Paul Hewitt. Mr. Hewitt stepped into the role this past August, who has since chaired the Board’s Risk and Compliance Committee and Remuneration Committee, while also sitting on the Audit Committee and Nominations Committee.
