NetOTC Promotes David Maloy to COO of its Global Operations

NetOTC, a provider of innovative risk solutions, has appointed David Maloy as its newest Chief Operating Officer (COO), who held a US operational role previously, and who steps into his new position with immediate effect.

Mr. Maloy has held the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NetOTC’s Americas operations for over a year, having originally joined the company back in October 2014.
