Spanish Watchdog Warns Against Two Unauthorized Financial Firms

The Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) warns the public against trading with forex and commodities broker Green Investment House Corp (FXMARKER) and binary options broker LandMark Trade Ltd (Imperial Options). In its official announcement, the watchdog argues that both brokers lack the appropriate licenses and authorization to provide investment services in accordance with the Spanish Securities Markets Law.

FXMARKER’s official website states that it is regulated by the International Financial Services Commission Belize, but it does not include information on other licenses.
