FINRA Elects Three Governors to its Board

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) announced on Tuesday that three Governors had been elected to its Board of Governors. This includes the re-election of Brian Kovack, Co-Founder & President of Kovack Securities, Inc., who was first elected to the Board in 2015.
The other two governors are Timothy Scheve, the CEO of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and Paige Pierce, Senior Vice President of Larimer Capital Corp. She is a former chair of the US financial regulator’s Small Firm Advisory Committee (SFAC).
