IBM (NYSE: IBM) has created a blockchain ecosystem program to help accelerate the creation of networks based on its open-source Hyperledger Fabric blockchain technology. The IBM blockchain ecosystem program is designed for innovators, venture capitalists (VCs), start-ups, systems integrators (SI), independent software vendors (ISV) and enterprise developers.
