ICE Revamps its Board of Directors with Two New Appointments

New York Stock Exchange operator Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (NYSE:ICE) today selected the industry veteran Thomas E. Noonan to join its Board of Directors. ICE also announced that Sir Bob will part ways with ICE Clear Europe, ending a seven-year tenure.
Mr. Thomas serves currently as a General Partner of TechOperators LLC. He is an active entrepreneur through his venture firm, TechOperators, where he is a founding partner. Most recently, he served as the General Manager of Energywise solutions for Cisco Systems. Mr. Noonan was also appointed as a member of ICE’s Risk Committee.
