Huw van Steenis to Part Ways with Morgan Stanley, Joining Schroders

Huw van Steenis, the longtime Morgan Stanley veteran banker and executive, has parted ways with the group to join UK asset manager Schroders, according to a Financial Times report.

Mr. van Steenis is the latest example of top tier talent leaving the banking sector to join a hedge fund or asset manager. He originally joined Morgan Stanley in 2002, having since worked as its Managing Director – his tenure has seen him assume the rank as one of the industry’s top rated analysts.
