OANDA Appoints Javier Martell as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Online foreign exchange and CFDs brokerage OANDA has on-boarded a new legal council. The firm hired Javier Martell from mobile payments company Boku. He is joining the brokerage as an experienced legal executive with substantial experience working as a legal officer with online technology companies.
Javier Martell will be overseeing global legal functions and serve as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
