Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Bank of the Ozarks, Inc.

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 by Bank of the Ozarks, Inc., Little Rock, Arkansas, to merge with Community & Southern Holdings, Inc., and thereby indirectly acquire Community & Southern Bank, both of Atlanta, Georgia.
