Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by Ohio Valley Banc Corp.

The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by Ohio Valley Banc Corp., Gallipolis, to merge with Milton Bancorp, Inc., Wellston, and thereby indirectly acquire it subsidiary bank, The Milton Banking Company, Wellston, all of Ohio. The Board also approved the applications under section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and section 9 of the Federal Reserve Act by The Ohio Valley Bank Company, Gallipolis, to merge with The Milton Banking Company and to establish and operate branches at the locations of The Milton Banking ...
