ATC Brokers Reaches Settlement with ex-client as Bankruptcy is Dismissed

Following a series of events that led California-based Introducing Broker (IB) Avail Trading Corp (ATC) to seek bankruptcy protection amid a court decision that was in favor of one of ATC’s former clients in connection with trading losses incurred in a forex managed account program, the case has since come to a close, Finance Magnates reports.
The matter has been apparently resolved, thanks to a settlement that has already been reached between ATC and its former client George Bos recently, and was signed by all parties, according to sources. The terms or amount of the ... (read more)
