Spain’s CNMV Adds BelforFX and Escuelade Traders to its Warning List

Spain’s financial market’s watchdog, the CNMV, has today issued two announcements warning against a total of four websites, two in each update, including against BelforFX in the first update, and Escuelade Traders in the second parallel announcement earlier this Monday in Europe.
The first warning from the CNMV listed the websites isocialfx.com/es as well as belforfx.com/es, explaining how the providers are not authorized to provide investment services under the relevant local capital markets law, including any investment advice, and cited foreign exchange transactions for the related warning it made to Spain’s residents and the local public.
