Following Finance Magnates’ initial coverage of the ATC Brokers (ATC) Chapter 11 story, we subsequently provided details of how litigation from an investor-customer had motivated ATC to seek bankruptcy protection – as explained in the follow-up post made earlier this week, and after ATC provided us with a statement they planned to release to clients which referenced the litigation.
