Australian VC Pumps $14M Round into Israel-based iAngels' Investing Network

A Tel Aviv based startup is getting a $14M investment pumped into its business to help it expand beyond Israel, as the Australian Investor Alex Waislitz of the Thorney Investment Group led the B round of funding for iAngels to expand its operations globally.

The company, through its iAngels.co offering, had launched in 2014 and already helped curate over 40 investment opportunities, 15 of which later become accessible to its investors through iAngels business model. To date, the company has helped deploy just over $9M across its projects according to information on its website.
