Has kreslik been hacked? Why je suis charlie? I am not. I am for freedom of speech, though speaking/printing extremely offensive stuff about something some people fanatically follow is... dangerous.. and lacks respect/shows ignorance toward those who follow in peace. Keep it to trading.. When innocents die it is a terrible thing.. We all have different beliefs, political correctness sucks ass, but we can mostly all think for ourselves and know when we are taking it too far...

I guess I am for moderated freedom of speech then, I wouldn't want to be associated with spitting on peoples beliefs depending on how ethical and humane they were...that was a biographer of Voltaire that allegedly said that and not the guy himself..who knows, I have my own outlook anyway..

All the best

There is a line between expressing any kind of opinion in conformity with the law and a physical aggression. I support the existence of this line.

Would you find it adequate if someone punched you in the face, because he doesn't agree with your opinion about the market direction, which is different to his opinion?

The law isn't always right, who made all that s**t up? Definitely not the common man, some laws are good but some are just ludicrous. Cannabis laws in America in the 1930s one example.

I guess if someone punched me in the face because of his belief contradicting mine then we'd be having a fight and both end up in trouble with the law.
The comics would have been seen as extreme in some if not many eyes, and also the reaction was completely extreme and uncalled for in most Western eyes, one extreme led to another much more extreme extreme. And what is something to one is nothing to another.

If I was Atheist, I lived in between two towns, I have people with very strong beliefs (even extreme) in fraggles to the West, to the East they have strong beliefs (even extreme) in Miley Cyrus, I am not going to publish a cartoon with Kermit and Miley kissing or something else imaginative and funny to non-believers yet cause serious offence and provoke the neighbouring towns.. Everybody needs good neighbours. Not everyone has a laid back attitude. I would be paranoid all the time if I was to offend and print my sig and address for all to see.

I also play devils advocate just to try and understand things better.

I haven't edited any of your posts. I only moved this discussion from "bug reports" thread to a new one as it was off-topic there. If you'd like to change this topic's title, just let me know.

You were probably referring to the new antispam measures on kreslik - the new users who posted less than a certain number of posts will have all their posts reviewed by a moderator before being published IF such posts contain certain suspicious keywords or links. You used some swearwords in your posts which triggered the mechanism.
