Using EACheck at Startup of VPS

Postby SetFreeByTruth » Mon Feb 05, 2007 11:05 pm

I have three questions about the EACheck.exe utility for anyone who can answer:

1. How do I specify the check interval aside from at program startup? I have EACheck set to run at System Startup of my VPS (through Scheduled Tasks), but when I reboot to test this, it always checks at 3 minutes, regardless of what I last entered in the popup window. Can I specify the interval in eacheck.ini?

2. Is there a way to make EACheck ignore weekends?

3. I've written a Perl script to do something similar to EACheck, but it doesn't seem to spawn the child processes (terminal.exe) at system startup (i.e., they don't show up in the Virtuozzo Process List). Is there a trick to making an application spawn child processes/apps through Scheduled Tasks at System Startup?

Thanks.
