had the same 'problems' to europe. ended up in using myus,
but agree friends close to border would be easier

I haven't used their service but their forwarding service is an option,

Hey thanks for those 2 usefull answers. A kreslik's trader PMed me, so that will probably an easier solution, he will just stick a USPS label on the box to cross the border.
