TS 2000i Is anyone still using 2000i in real-time

Is anyone still using TS 2000i in real-time. I am concerned about the "speed" of tick charts and time delays because of the Global Server. Is there delay in charting because of the Global Server.
Are there any new data sources?
What is available to collect historical data to incorporate into charts to fill holes in data (similar to historydata bank).
