eSignal CENSORSHIP continued

I just received a call from Todd Gafford of eSignal.

He says they may reconsider letting me back on their forum.

But some of the conditions they want I REFUSE to agree to.

They want me to post my code on the eSignal forum - IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! If you want my code, then you get it at www.kreslik.com - it's that simple. I refuse to have to maintain multiple sites for my code.

They want me to remove negative comments about eSignal from this forum - IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! THIS IS AMERICA - I REFUSE TO BE MUZZLED!! eSignal must not understand the FIRST AMENDMENT of the U.S. CONSTITUTION. I will not back down - EVER!!

If eSignal doesn't want to see negative comments then all they have to do is quit their ORWELLIAN BIG BROTHER behavior.

What eSignal fails to realize it that I am doing them a favor by providing free code to their customers. Their customers will only remain customers if they are satisfied customers and that means PROFITABLE customers.

Somehow eSignal thinks they are doing me a favor if they let me back on their forum. That's some really twisted logic!!

P.S. I'll probably hear from eSignal that I shouldn't have posted this either...LOL!!

Avery,

I think you and I think in a similar fashion in this regard. Free speech is something that many companies and politicians try to supress.

We won't be silenced so easily.

It's obvious that eSignal wants you back because it improves their bottom line. But they want you compliant and obediant like a whipped dog.

Not going to happen. Keep stickin' it to the man!

Economic sanctions can be used to silence most people. It a form of COERCION.

COERCION noun

1. the act of coercing; use of force or intimidation to obtain compliance.

2. force or the power to use force in gaining compliance, as by a government or police force.

There's a price for freedom!!

In my opinion, if eSignal, or TS for that matter, had half a brain, they would realize that having your input -- UNCHAINED-- would add dramatically to their bottom line profits, especially because of the honesty of your posts. They are now making profits from the short term subscriptions of ignorant newbies that go as fast, if not faster, than they come. What would happen with 40 to 80% retention as a result of profitable trading methods that newbies could learn and use almost immediately?

What keeps subscribers subscribing? The thing that keep subscribers, subscribing is what? My best guess is PROFITS from trading -- and nothing else. Just think, then eS and TS would have a great increase of both resulting much greater profits. I wonder what this would do to their bottom lines. Why can I see this and not these geniuses?

eS & TS you owe me 50% of your realized increase of profits for the next 10 years you dumb *********.

PS TRO. Why in the world would you want to associate yourself with men and women of this low caliber and low character in the first place? Their past actions show their deep down character.

It's not the people that attract me, Patch, it's the products!

TRO

In your post 4/13 at 1.38am you say it is the eSignal products that attract you. Please explain further. Is eSignal superior to TradeStation? If so, how so?

Patch, I use them both.

They are different.

Superior? Depends on what you want to do.
