Great forum and great indicators! I've come across your website for the first time today and I'm impressed by the indicators and love your "Drain the Banks" motto. Where is the next get together?

Now to a more serious question. What is your favorite trending strategy (ea) and your favorite ranging strategy?

What is trending?
What is ranging?

trending on one tf may be ranging on another, and vise versa, but price is the same on all charts.

Many traders here trade exactly the same way with little regard to "trend" since we are mostly discretionary traders looking to enter a "trend" at its inception. through supply/demand, trading from extremes, z-lines et al.

You referenced trading robots (ea), most here are anti-robot, some will discuss the coding of them, NONE of us want to be spammed about them.

BTW, Welcome to kreslik.

Hey Bredz!
What a nice, clean, concise description of the main philosophy here. I like, I like. :smt023

As for Mr. GregorAnton, considering the large number of new 'spambers' we've been getting this week, I am in suspense, waiting to see what his next post will be...

If it includes a weblink or mentions Rita Lasker, I am going to start sending out the kill-bots.

Tough crowd....

I'm a firm believer of semi-automated trading... not all EA's are robots you know...

I like having my terminal let me know when a trend or range starts or when the potential best entries exist. Of course one has to use the most powerful computer of all, their brain, to review the entries and decide what to do. None-the-less eas and indicators are quite helpful, and fun to code too.

Hey GregorAnton,
Sorry for the rough intro  ; the last 10 days or so have been a bit of a nuisance. I guess it coincides with the new release of
www.(I-will-not-dignify-their-existence-by-repeating-it).com
<<NO, that is NOT a clickable link :!: >>

How long have you been trading Forex, might I ask?

Bredin,
"Viewer nudity is advised" :?: :?: :?: LOL
