2009.06.04 TRO_MM_MAXover

TRO_MM_MAXover displays if moving averages are crossing over for each of the chart periods.

Seems to be a very nice and useful thing.
But could you explain the settings? How to adjust MODE and PRICE_TYPE if I want the indicator to show crosses of 5EMA close and 6EMA open instead of EMA12 and SMA12.
