This is so simple. Why didn't I think of this before?
TRO_MULTIMETER_NEWHL shows when price is making a new high or low on the chart period.
TRO_MP_NEW_HL show which pair(s) are making a new high or low on the selected chart period.
TRO2009_Multi_Meter_HLbars displays how many consecutive highs the current price is above and how many consecutive lows the current price is below.
The myShift user input allows the user to control which bar is used for the new high/low test. If 1 then the current bar's high and low are compared the previous bar's high and low . If 0 then the close of the current bar is compared to the high and low of the current bar.
This makes scalping breakouts and reversals so simple.
