In several posts you make the above statement, but never really explain how the two go together. Can you please explain? Also, which Dynamic Support/Resistance indicator do you use for Tradestation.

Thanks.

How they go together?

If there is support or resistance in the Buy Zone, trade with extreme caution against sup/res.

Which one for TradeStation? SR2 or SR3.

Most of the examples are for trading forex. Are either indicator suitable for fading the gap on AAPL or RIMM? Any changes in the indicators needed to do so?

Thanks

You don't need sup/res for FADING THE GAP - you need the BUY ZONE!!

I am using the BuyZoneto fade the gap on AAPL, and with good results. Have been reviewing your various posts about the BZ and fading the gap to learn more. In several spots you say that when you do add an additional indicator it is support/resistance. That is the reason for my question. Are there circumstances in fading the gap when you do use support/resistance, or any other indicator to assist in making entrance or exit decisions? Your previous posts certainly indicate this was the case.

Thanks - as always.

If price gaps down and you want to go long but there is resistance in the way, you may or may not want to enter the trade.

Am using SHME Dynamic SR2a on a chart with BuyZone and DailyOpenPReviousClose. Could you please explain the difference in light red and blue dot meanings? Also, meaning of dot at top or bottom of candle. Thanks - as always.

I think the first dot of a new SR level is highlighted.

Please post a chart so I can see what you see.
