Need Info On Indicator used for "Milk the Cows"

Hi,
Can anyone explain to me what the "middle msg" info means in the _SMAA_MTC_Trade indicator.
What does the first number mean?
Above mid?
xb mid?
below mid?
what's the difference between "filled gapup-short & gapup-short?
If the gap message says "short" and the middle msg says "buy long $1.22 what does that mean?
