"zero gain" trades

Hi
I'm searching for some kind of system that helps increasing trade volume by not losing to much money. As you know, some long term strategies (arbitrages) are not likely seen by big brokers as they are not producing spread gain nor commission.
Are there systems that "zero out" over more or less trades? I would like to run some profitables long term strategies with a big broker who is only allowing this when a certain amount of monthly trade volume is produced.
