Creating an alert from different data streams?

Hi
I wonder if anyone can give me any advice on this topic. I'm sure this must have been done by a lot of people before:
Is it possible to create an alert when condition1 happens on chart A and condition2 on chart B?
eg: MA crosses up on 60min and MA crosses up on 5min = Alert "Trend Up".
I have looked at TRO's (excellent) indicators, but haven't yet found any alert criteria built in. Does anyone know if there are any such alerts in any of his indicators?
