I need to break out of this negative slump

Hi guys,
My trading has been going well exept for the last month my results have just seemed to stall. I'm down 5% but that isn't the loss of money that is affecting me, I feel as if I've regressed and questioning my confidence in my analysis and just scared to enter a trade even though I've done so well up to this point.
It feel like old habits are creeping up again and emotions are controlling me.
Scared money is dead money! I need to break out of this hole and start being more competent.
I'm taking leverage out of the game to remove the added stress and going to take it easy for the next month or so whilst reviewing all my Forex learning material. Hopefully I'll be back on with confidence and start trading competently again.
If anyone can add any advice and on how to reverse this situation, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
P.s Been trading for three years, from start was consistently losing and lowest point in trading was after year 2, then light bulb went on and up 60% from year 2 to now (about 9 months).
