DOes anyone know if there is a bill williams awesome oscillator indicator that shows all time frames as arrows in a sub graph like the picture that I have attached

for met atrader 4

The arrows plot yello if they are opposite the zero line IE below zero but bullish = yellow above zero and bearish( red ) yellow
