Hi there.

Is there any chance that MO could start a new topic to explain in one post rules for ZL and MOMO?

Best regards

For REAL...not possible in one post!!!!....Read NLA thread, Lukx's thread....
Consider it homework...its all in there.....thats how we all learned...with experience and lots of practice.... The whole group is im sure, speaking for most...happy to help you progress....but repeating what is already been said a 100 times.... 101 seems senseless.....No disrespect...just trying to cut through the chase...and be honest, its the best way to actually see, get it, understand it...and become 1 of the 5 percent that actually can make a living from it.....

yup, dont expect to be hand fed here, time to do some homework and sift through the 1000+ pages on that topic. But trust me it's worth it ;)

I don't want to cut corners.
It's just would be great to have a simple set of rules in one post like TRO's RAT and then of course repetittion, repetition, repetition...

I'd say look at Lukz's thread and then Blind Mouse, then Space Wars for money management. Bear in mind the two strategies aren't exactly the same (Zline and BM).

Go through NLA if you like but there's so many differnt ideas in there you'll get nothing but confused. The Lukz thread covers what you need anyway - just cutting down your reading a little, and even then no-one trades it the same, there's no singular 'method'.

BTW it's going to take you months to get through it properly, not just a quick skim and then a good while to get the hang of it. Getting through all those threads (NLA, Lukz, BM, Space Wars and a few others) took me months as they are all now so long. Also I'd add what will make it more difficult for you is that those threads are now pretty dead so any questions you'll have won't likely be answered in there but there are other very live threads trading using those methods where you will be able to get some answers.

Personally I was trading OK before but wanted to improve what I was doing so with these strategies I'm on a learning curve just the same.

When I started trading years ago, I went on a quest... It was a quest for the holy grail method.

I just wanted a method where I would pretty much do the same thing over and over again just as I would working for some boring employer at a company.

I didn't want to take the time to understand anything or waste anytime analysing the markets. I would want to just wait for some moving averages to cross, I would get an alert and I would just enter.

And months and months of backtesting lead me nowhere. Hundreds and hundreds of hours wasted on backtesting and each method lead to the same result...

The method would work great in one period of time but terrible in another period of time. It was never consistent everyday.

So if this is what you came here looking for, it will not get you anywhere. You need to learn market dynamics to be profitable, because each day is different. How do you learn market dynamics? You need to brutally suffer and it will just come to you naturally.

If you are willing to put the time and effort to learn how to trade properly, it will pay off in the end. But if you are like I was at the beginning where you are just looking for a set of easy rules to trade like a robot, then you will never be consistant in the long run.

Good luck...........

And I don't know why everybody here keeps suggesting to read the Never Lose Again Thread or the Lukx thread. 99% of the content there is crap.

Lukx clearly didn't know what he was doing. Why do you think he stormed out of this forum. Never did I when I posted there. I laugh at my old posts there. All i did was post charts of M5 MOMO and I would enter without anything regard for what time of day it was or higher time frames.

This is all you need to understand from the Never Lose Again Thread

After that find es/pip PA thread and read that instead.

Lukz thread imo has some good things there because of what Dragon and Mo post etc not because of what Lukz posted. :)
