Indicators By Insanity Industries

This thread is to discuss the coding violations known as indicators written by bredin.

These indicators are in the process of being moved from kreslik.com to Insanity Industries New Home, but for the meantime they will remain here until the move is complete.

All newly Released (and updated) indis will be posted to Insanity Industries New Home

Indicators posted here may have coding errors, Please let me know if they do. Currently I do not include any real error checking, so please make sure your inputs are valid.

Inputs are few

2 colors
1 line style
1 line width

self explanatory, really

New Version 1.1
toggle to turn the weekly extremes on/off

Version 1.2
toggles for long/short target
cleaned up code somewhat.

Version 1 is obsolete.

Inputs for version 2.1

forced.tf : 0 for current chart, otherwise input a different timeframe.
draw.zones : wether or not to show the zones.
solid.zones : solid or boxes
solid.retouch : solid/not for retouched zones
recolor.retouch : change color for retouched zones
recolor.weak.retouch : recolor 'weak' zones
zone.strength : rates zones for strength, strong or weak.
zone.width : line width for box zones
zone.fibs : fiblines between zones
fib.style : self explanatory
HUD.on : shows the price direction from the last zone departed
pair.on : include pair on HUD
timer.on : include bartimer in HUD
3 positioning/style inputs for the HUD
12 color inputs
Price_Width : size of zone price boxes
globals : places zones into global vars.

Remember that the font for the Arrow is "WingDings 3" if you dont see an arrow you dont have this font. It should not be hard to find it.

Thanks bredin ! I have been looking for this.

I can't test these indies out right now but from the graph I see that you have set targets. How do you calculate target 1 and target 2 ?

target 1 and 2 are calculated from MO's Crash Zone. They will migrate as the W1 high/low moves.

Thanks Bredin for these indicators, if I ever make money using these I would gladly send you a donation. For the moment though I am happy with the current method I use and I am just testing this, out of curiosity.

hey Bredin,

Did you update to the newest version.
I'm not seeing the toggle.

Also, W1, why does it move with the current week candle formation?
Isn't the crash zones suppose to be calculated off previous 3 weeks smallest candle?
