TRO2/TRO Market Internal Display ?

fyi- I was wondering what role the VIX and COMPQ indcie plays with this indicator, and how it helps with IDing trend?
I'm currently trading the YM and ES and usually just use the TRIX-TRIN-ADD- .
if anyone with tons of experience and or who use this indicator could explain and help I would appreciate it.
