best broker for forex

Morning all, im currently in the process of finally choosing a data feed for neoticker. i was hoping anyone with some experience with MB or IB could come forward and give a summary of their experences.
i will be trading small (max 20k USD) but i believe both of these brokers offer mini lots and as the title of the thread states, i will be trading forex.
Finally, whats the best service from esignal to recieve this data feed. from what i have heard, i can pay for the data alone or i can get some chart package and the data from esignal as well, both for the same price.
